How To Install A Rhino Resin Bound Surface 📋
Step 1: Excavation of the existing surface to c.210mm to ensure it’s free from debris and organic matter 🌱
Step 2: Install a geotextile membrane and a ground reinforcement grid to guarantee the integrity of the surface 🚗
Step 3: Deposit 150mm of MOT Type 1 hardcore onto the surface to act as a sub base 🪨
Step 4: Compact the surface down in c.100mm layers, this will strengthen the sub base 💪
Step 5: Lay a 40mm Rhino Rubber Crumb base which exhibits flexible characteristics to resist ground movement. It’s also super environmentally friendly too as we recycle old vehicle tyres! 🛞
Step 6: Install the Rhino Resin Bound Surface!
