While I take care of the farm, work with livestock, and repair tools, my son prepares traditional village dumplings with sheep cheese.
In our region, these dumplings are traditionally called “pyrohy”. They are made from thinly rolled dough, filled with cheese or jam, boiled in water, and served with sour cream and crispy pork fat. In other regions, they are known as dumplings or pierogi.
