Chocolate Orange Greek Biscotti

Makes 8 biscotti

Must Have
1½ cups almond flour
½ cup gluten-free oat flour
2 tablespoons cacao powder
2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds*
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup orange juice
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon orange zest (I use a microplane grater)

Toppings
Crushed nuts
Seeds
Chocolate chips


Must Do
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 15 x 13-inch baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. To make the biscotti; Add the almond flour, oat flour, cacao powder, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, baking soda, and baking powder to a large bowl and stir to combine. Make a well in the middle.

3. Add the orange juice, coconut sugar, and orange zest and stir until incorporated.

4. Form the dough into a log and flatten it so that it is about 8 inches long and 4½ inches wide. Sprinkle the nuts, seeds, and chocolate chips topping evenly over the top of the dough. Place the log on the prepared cookie sheet.
20 minute bake in its "log" form, then slice and bake for another 10 minutes
