Hey team! Here is a quick and easy recipe for breakfasts or snacks. You can modify it in so many ways to make it taste the way you like, top it however you like, and of course you can even make some ingredient swaps to change the macros!
For example:
Full Fat Greek Yogurt = More calories and healthy fats!
Plain Dairy Kefir = Increased protein and decreased sugars!
Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice + Vanilla = IT'S A FREAKING CHIA CREAMSICLE!
Cacao = Choco Chia!
Top it with cocoa, hemp seeds, berries, nuts, coconut, or just about anything else you desire!
