In this video we walk around the suburb of Claremont in Perth, Western Australia. This one of the 'western suburbs' in Perth which is exclusive and luxurious.
Claremont is located on the Swan River where multimillion-dollar mansions line the riverbank to take advantage of the amazing view.
Although the suburb is known mainly for its expensive properties, if you're not too fussy there are some cheaper apartments on offer but they're located away from the river.
