Ballade pour Adeline, composed by composed by Paul de Senneville, originally performed and recorded by Richard Clayderman and released in album in 1977.
Paul de Senneville composed the piece as a tribute to his newborn daughter, Adeline, in 1976. He held an open audition seeking the most suitable pianist to perform the piece. Richard Clayderman, then 23, was chosen to premiere the piece. The piece boasts a simple, gentle, and steady melody.
This piano solo version is arranged by Clint Su.
