My guild (Invictus on Nightslayer) ran a speedrun competition for fun - clear both Cannon Master Wiley and Balnazzar in Strat Live 3 times in a row. Time started from when you open the gate to the time you killed the last boss on the 3rd run.
Teams were drafted by 3 captains. Our captain (Versaeto) opted for a pretty balanced comp - Warrior for DPS, Hunter for Aspect, Feral tank, Pally utility, and Holy Priest. Worked out decently - we took #1 with a time of 52:11 (52:15 on my timer), beating out the other teams by 3-4 min. And that was with our healer DCing a lot in the first couple runs.
We didn't really have too many ideas in terms of routing - if we had optimized things a bit (using the invis pot we did in run 3 on runs 1 and 2), and if we didn't wipe, I think our time could've been insane (probably around 43m?).
My gameplay was definitely a bit scuffed - in these types of speedruns it feels really rough trying to balance mana/range/speed, and I know I wasn't playing optimally at times. But still, it was a ton of fun, and a really nice guild event.

Run 2: 17:51 to 39:09
Run 3: 39:09 to end
