🥄 SOUL KITCHEN RECIPE – DEVILED EGGS (SOUTHERN STYLE)
Ingredients:
6 eggs
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
½ tsp vinegar
Salt & pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions:
1️⃣ Boil eggs 10 minutes, cool in ice water.
2️⃣ Peel, slice, and scoop yolks.
3️⃣ Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, and seasoning till smooth.
4️⃣ Spoon or pipe filling into whites.
5️⃣ Dust with paprika, chill before serving.
