📈 At the same time, inventory increased by 32% compared to January 2025.

Rising inventory combined with slowing sales typically puts pressure on prices, but what’s actually happening in Edmonton?

• Single-family homes down just under 1% year-over-year
• Detached homes up about 0.5%
• Townhomes and row housing down approximately 5%
• Apartment-style condos up 11%, one of the stronger performers
