My Pg room disadvantages (that I feel as):

1. For a 3 sharing room they have provided only 2 dress hanger (I don't prefer hanging my clothes with someone's dirty clothes)

2. Water flow in the shower is not enough (though this building have 5 floors (basically my room is at the 3rd floor))

3. No proper parking space available (you can park your vehicles in front of the PG - you need to cover it with rain cover as you know about the Bangalore climate)

Advantages:

1. Daily proper cleaning and mopping of the room.

2. TV is provided.(many PG's provide some unknown brand TV's for the sake but here I like this Micromax TV they've provided which is too good)

3. A mini fridge inside the room (which I haven't seen in any other PG's here). Most of the PG's here will have Single fridge for the whole PG or one fridge per floor but mostly no one will provide with a fridge for each and every room.

4. Individual cupboards

5. Biometric lock to enter the PG

6. Food is good (not soooooo bad - and it feels good enough for my tongue that's individual preference)

7. individual keys are provided for each one in the room. (In Haryana there was only one key and one access card they gave us in that PG this is far more better)

8. Individual cooking area with a gas and stove is provided for us.

9. No electricity bill (only thing is u need to pay rent and advance no other charges.While leaving alone they will deduct ₹1500 from the advance as on May 2024)

10. Full fledged shoe racks outside the room.(I don't like messing up my shoes and slippers in and out of the room so its an advantage for me)
