Описание:
Male in his 20s who suffered a gunshot injury to right upper abdomen. Taken to surgery where liver laceration along done was oversewn and packed. CT arteriogram showed Grade IV hepatic laceration with arterial extravasation in segment 7. Brought emergently to IR for angio with embolization.
