Throughout the episode “Evolution,” he can’t use multiple powers at once without putting his health at risk.

Gabriel and Tomoe work together to make the Alliance rings to overcome this setback. They create engaging Television ads to encourage a mass market for the rings so that people worldwide wear them within a matter of weeks.
