Exploring Wine Country in Northern Virginia | Day Trip to Leesburg, VA!!

Описание: Welcome back to our channel! Or if you’re new here--hello, hi, hei, moi--we’re Preston and Krista! In this video, we make our way west from DC to explore the northwestern part of Virginia. We initially decided to visit to explore the beautiful nature and scenery but we were both unexpectedly surprised when we discovered that Loudoun County in northern Virginia is home to many notable vineyards and is considered to be the Napa Valley of Virginia. We ended up visiting 868 Estate Vineyards, the winner of the 2020 Governor’s Cup! Not only did Leesburg and Loudoun County have a great wine scene, they also had an incredible food and coffee scene as well. We checked out a couple amazing places and can’t wait to visit again. No better way to enjoy a day trip then sip some wine, eat some good food and soak in some beautiful Virginia nature!
