Alan Ross Delaney September 30th, 1962 to October 3rd, 2023

Описание: Alan was the middle child of three boys. He grew up in Lafayette and graduated from Comeaux High School. As a kid he loved baseball. He also loved fishing, football, and the band KISS. Alan was always making people laugh and back in 1979-1980, he threw a couple of the biggest parties the area had ever seen, which are still talked about today. He loved laughing and telling jokes, and was always known as a very kind person. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.


He was preceded in death by one daughter, Amanda Delaney; and his parents, Tommy and Bennie Delaney.


Those left to mourn his loss and cherish his memory include two daughters, Angel Delaney Freeman and husband Derrick, of Rayne, and Ashley Delaney of Avery Island; the mother of his daughters, Leslie Prejean Krieg of Lafayette; two brothers, Tim Delaney of Longville, and Leslie Delaney and wife Christine, of Plaisance; and eight grandchildren.
