📝 How to Fill Out Form I-765 Application for Employment Authorization | K1 Visa to AOS

Описание: EAD is probably the most important form to file and get approved immediately (for me at least). Been here for 6 weeks now and holi-DAYS are definitely over and I can't wait to be on the road making $$$. Lol! Seriously though, I am unable to secure my DL and SSN pending my EAD because I applied after getting married which changed my status from K1 to K3.

As I have suggested multiple times in my previous videos, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you apply for SSN and DL before getting married, if you can.

2. G-1145
3. Accomplished Form I-765
4. Passport Biopage
5. Arrival Documents (Visa Page, Admission Stamps, I-94)

6. Eligibility Records (K1 Visa Receipt and Approval Notice)
7. Marriage Certificate
8. Vaccination Record from SLEC

Pretty much the same requirements with the I-131.
