At the 12th annual Verde Valley Birding and Nature Festival (Birdy Verde) at Deadhorse Ranch State Park along the Verde River in Cottonwood, Arizona during Family Day with kids playing Angry Birds and building pinecone feeders and bird houses. At the end a White-lined sphinx (Hyles lineata) moth (sometimes called Hummingbird or Hawk moth) came to feed on the decorative flowers at the Aviary. This is a great birding festival that happens every year in late April.
