The afternoon of March 12th, 2023 Lehigh Acres Fire Department responded to a brush fire. Due to dry & windy conditions the fire quickly spread and required a full department response along with Strike Teams from around Lee County.
Responding units in order: Lehigh 7, Fort Myers Shores Brush 82, Bayshore Brush 132, Cape Coral Engine 3, Estero Battalion 40, Iona McGregor Engine 71, Estero Engine 44, Lehigh Acres Rescue 109, South Trail 9, Port Authority Brush 95, South Trail Brush 62, and Bonita Springs Brush 24.
