In this video I'm doing a Target haul and taste test of the TAB Tabitha Brown Collection at Target. I'm trying vegan burgers, sauces, popcorn and more and rating each item on a scale from one to ten. Cashew Sauce for Ravioli:
⅔ cup raw cashews
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
½ tsp garlic granules
1 tsp onion granules
½ tsp dried sage
½ tsp kosher salt, I use Morton's
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp light miso paste, I use chickpea miso
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup vegan parmesan cheese such as VioLife, plus more for serving

Soak the cashews in boiling water for 30 minutes. Then drain the water from the cashews and add them to a blender along with the almond milk, and the remaining sauce ingredients, and blend until the sauce is silky smooth.

Transfer the sauce to a large pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the cooked Sweet Pea + Basil ravioli and simmer until warmed through. About 2-3 minutes.

Add lemon zest and freshly cracked black pepper on top and serve warm :)
