A new'ish fan translation of Final Fight for the Genesis/Mega Drive is being worked on for a CARTRIDGE version of the game, which was only available for the Sega CD previously.
This is pretty great so far, but showing some limitations of the hardware which development team hides very well.
They've even even avoided the several slight hesitations that a player experiences on the CD version, which always bothered me.
