Former presidential candidate on the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) ticket, Rt. Hon. Nathan Nandala Mafabi, has declared that the 2026 presidential elections were flawed and did not reflect the will of the Ugandan people.
The party has rejected the results in their entirety and is calling for the immediate resignation of the Electoral Commission Chairperson, Justice Simon Mugenyi Byabakama, alongside a total overhaul of the Commission.
Nandala Mafabi made the remarks while addressing the press at his home in Mbale City.
