3 days after a grueling ascent of Gannett Peak, Dad, Kayla, and I put up an ascent of Granite Peak in the Beartooth Range from July 30 to August 1, 2022, year 3 of the Covid. We ascended the SW couloir and descended the SW ramp. We approached vis Rough Lake and went out via Aero Lakes. This was an amazing experience, and it wasn't without difficulty either. This video contains the story of our trip as well as some thoughts I have about stress in the mountains.
