This video shows live data acquisition from a Raman system equipped with a Andor cam. You see connecting 0:01, cooling down the CCD detector 0:10, applying dark subtraction 0:39 and finally execution of x axis calibration 1:29 by using Cyclohexane as standard 1:46. Applying the calibration coefficients 3:13 directly transforms pixels to RamanShift 3:52! Saving acquisition settings as *.sgas file 3:25 let's you retrieve all settings later on by loading that file again.
