At level 150, all Eternal receive same updated, Unworldly CA, s4 become recastable and s4 standby time cut upon successful condition.

Noticeble changed for Esser are
s1 inflict 2 random debuffs instead making she better deal with debuff Omen
s3 having new unique debuff, Scattered Stardust which have effect 20%DATA Down and 10k Skill Supplemental, can enhance to 100%DATA Down and 50k Skill Supplemental when foe in break.
Her damage is supplemental based on Bounty lvl instead of at Bounty lvl 10

Even I wrote so on what noticeable but her s4 recastable also be noticeable cuz this mean can have more burst from her s4 in long fight. She is like Damage skill and Assassin Attacker focus.

Still what I feel don't like her even after rebalance is she can't have higher stable MAA rate by herself without need help from grid and buff outside of s3 and s4 buff. So I think she should have passive that boost to her MA rate based on Bounty lvl too.

If I have 2nd Overrider I would I ready changed Opus 3rd skill to Extremity, so without that I still keep stamina for case that fight I want Luci support.....
