Quick Easy Ham Egg Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Egg Hack trick used to produce easy breakfast sandwich.
Lightly coat two pieces of bread with butter or mayonnaise on one side.
Cook off some sliced ham or bacon in skillet, wipe clean.
Add few teaspoons of butter to skillet over low-medium heat.
Pour two well whopped up eggs that have been seasoned to taste with salt/pepper to the skillet. Roll skillet to evenly coat bottom with the egg mix.
Allow egg to set up about 15 seconds then lay bread down butter or mayo side up facing each other and spaced about 1/4 inch apart.
Once eggs have firmed and slide around whole in the skillet, flip the entire section over. Fold egg over to the shape of the bread.
Lay in some cheese of choice and bacon or ham and a sauce if desired.
Fold one of the pieces of bread over on top of the other sandwiching everything together. Cover and allow bread to toast well. Turn and allow other piece of bread to toast well.
Once bread is toasted and cheese is melted, serve.
