Are political elites in the region sensitive to the critics, how has the EU helped Serbia to ensure media freedom and who is responsible for a decrease of the support for the EU membership in Serbia, are some of the questions discussed with the spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, European Neighbourhood Policy and Enlargement Negotiations Maja Kocijančič.
“Serbia and other countries in the region have to meet high standards regarding freedom of expression and to allow journalists to do their job”, states Kocijancic in the interview for European Western Balkans.
