In this video, I show that the So Kate 120 in SIZE 43 does, in fact, exist - and I compare it to the So Kate 120 in 42.
You have to get on Christian Louboutin's e-mail list for when size 43 becomes available, and you need to purchase it quickly as they sell out within a few hours.
If you're a US size 10, the 42 should fit okay once broken in. If you are a US size 11, then you should consider the 43. If you are larger than a size 11, then I do not recommend this style as they will be so tight that no amount of break in will result in a reasonably wearable shoe.
The So Kate 42 has a 130mm heel (5.1") and the 43 has a 135mm heel (5.3").
