So far on the old Ford 800 tractor, the starter is working (with a bit of an awkward neutral switch), but no Spark initially (actually very weak spark) with the old 6V coil and pitted points, so am converting to 12V Coil with a built-in resistor and new points and condenser. I expect to have to do a quick clean of the carburetor/ fuel valves also. I ran out of time on this trip, but did get the "promise" of good spark with the new Coil, Condenser and Points. Should crank next trip over, but have to install a water pump and bring a top link for the cutter attachment, and some "bottled air" for whatever tires will inflate. Should have a trailer with me next trip. Thanks for watching!

This 65 year old old tractor was sitting under a shed for many years, never being cranked or preserved. This is the story of getting it going and operational again!
