In this video, I show to long-term preserve your dehydrated pepper harvest, through vacuum sealing. This uses the foodsaver and vacuum sealer jar attachment. This will extend the shelf life of your dried peppers indefinitely. I also share tips for handy short-term dry pepper storage. The peppers shown are Chiltepin Yellow, White Thai HV strain, Blue Christmas x Stavros f1, Street Kitchen x Thai Dragon f1.
