Hi Friends...Welcome to Chinni Thoughts....
In this video i shared Tilapia Fish Curry....this fish fillet curry recipe is so delicious goes well with rice & rotis. This fish curry is made of Tilapia fish, but this method can be used with other fishes like Salmon or Bass fish also.
Ingridients:-
Boneless Fish(tilapia) pieces
Onions 2
Tomato sauce/puree-1/2cup OR 2 tomatoes grinded
Chopped Green Chilli
Refined oil 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Red chilli powder 1 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1/2 tsp
kasuri methi powder-1/2 tsp
Chopped Fresh Coriander
Salt To Taste
Kaju 10-12
