Описание: March 25, 2024 - 0:00 - I tuned into this ‪@USD497‬ board meeting because there were a number of parents that had reached out to me about the cuts to special education. Those discussions brought out many more serious issues than just a few cuts to staff. During this meeting I became aware of the rules laid out for public comment which violated the first amendment.

January 13, 2025 - 3:35 - ‪@TheDReadedRabbleRouser‬ spoke at this meeting and was interrupted and unconstitutionally silenced by Board President Kelly Jones.

January 27, 2025 - 9:37 - While I am present in the room, two online speakers were interrupted, and the board went into a recess during my speaking time. Thus, unconstitutionally limiting my ability to speak to the full board.

February 10, 2025 - 19:50 - On this evening, ‪@USD497‬ Board President Kelly Jones created a massive interruption to the meeting by repeatedly stopping my time and not allowing me to continue until she had no other choice. Jones unconstitutionally interrupted others as well as illegally limiting their time.

33:42 - The letter banning me from board meetings for 60 days which was delivered to me on Sunday, February 23, 2025, by a process server provided by a local law-firm Stevens & Brand.

February 24, 2025 - 34:31 - Having received an unconstitutional ban from school district property during the school board meetings, like others, I have been punished for my speech. Now, Jones doesn't need help from anyone to violate my right to redress this board. While being forced to sit and listen to in person speakers, she simply cuts my feed.
