In the programme, James Safechuck and Wade Robson claim they were abused by Michael when they were children - something his estate has continued to deny. They are now suing Jackson's companies for neglecting to protect them from the alleged abuse, with a trial set for next year. And their ongoing legal battle is the subject of a follow up documentary which airs tonight called 'Leaving Neverland 2: Surviving Michael Jackson'.
