Gram flour/Besan -1 cup
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder -1 1/2 Tsp
Asofetida/ Hing - 1 tsp
Mixed herbs- 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
For stuffing:
Cottage cheese/Paneer - 200 gm
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 Tbsp
Cumin powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 Tsp
Butter
Corn kernals- 2 Tbsp
Bell pepper/ Capsicum -2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 Tb
