Externally provided ka meaning, external providers kon hai aur kyo organization ko inhe control karne ki jarurat hai ye sabhi baate humne is video ke dwara batane ki koshish kari hai.
Sabse pahle humne iso 9001 clause 8.4.1 “General” ki requirements ko explain kiya hai ki kis tarah organization aur uske customer ki requirements ko supplier end par control kiya jaana chahiye.
Humne bataya hai ki “criteria for evaluation” kya hai kis tarah iski bases par “selection”kiya jaana chahiye aur kis tarah performance ko “monitor” kar “re evaluation” kiya jaata hai.
Iso 9001 clause 8.4.2”Type and extent of control” ki requirements ko explain karte hue humne iski meaning ko clear kiya hai.
Iso 9001 clause 8.4.3 “Information for external providers” ke dwara supplier ke saath kiye jaane wale communication ko explain kiya gaya hai.
