This interlocking blocks making machine can make between 400-500 blocks in just 10 hours with 3 workers. One bag of cement makes 100 blocks.
The curing period for the blocks is between 14-21 days, you need to water the blocks twice a day. The mixing ratio is 14 wheelbarrow of soil: One bag of 50kgs cement: 30 litres of water
The machine weight is about 130kgs and it can last more than 40 years as long as it is not exposed to rain. We train all our customers on how to take care of the machine and how to make the blocks .
