Neglect by the authorities and lack of will by governments have led to these sites being over shadowed by commercial establishments and are slowly disappearing. Why is Patna, an ancient city with rich heritage never given any importance nor are there efforts put to tell the world that this is not just any state capital but one with a history dating back to thousands of years?
