Today I decided to see what was causing a Radeon HD 6950 I bought online to produce an unbearable noise. A noise so loud in fact that my neighbours complained. Once a $299 powerhouse the 6950 lacks any modern driver support, but does that stop it from running some of the latest titles?
We'll also be checking out the unlocking feature of this GPU which should let us essentially turn it into a 6970, a graphics card that cost $80 more than this one brand new.
