I’m back! After a year away from the camera, I’m returning to The Villages, Florida to bring you a fresh look at life in this 55+ retirement community. From new developments in Eastport to honest restaurant reviews, maintenance tips, and even some politics...2026 is going to be a big year for the channel!

Over the next year, I’ll be bringing a lot of new content along with some returning favorites. That includes restaurant reviews with Bob and Liz, home maintenance tips, product reviews, golf cart projects, Medicare updates, moving advice, interviews with interesting residents, weather coverage during storm season, and more.
