🧠 Try these 3 simple TMJ exercises to relieve tension and improve movement:
1️⃣ Lateral Glide – 10 reps
👉 If your jaw shifts to the right, press gently to the left, and vice versa.
2️⃣ Tongue Pressing Jaw Opener
3️⃣ Forward Jaw Glide – 4 reps, 3 sec hold
