The Jaguar S-Type 3.4 litre & 3.8 litre of 1963 to 1968 is the subject of this classic car brochure review. The classic S-Type was developed as an improved version of the iconic Mk2, incorporating independent rear suspension and heavily-revised (yet similar) body styling, which itself went on to be the basis of the Jaguar 420 and sister Daimler Sovereign - until such time as the new-for-1968 XJ6 was ready to launch.
