How To Create Motion Tile In Premiere Pro

Описание: In this video, I go over how to create a motion tile effect in Premiere Pro. Although motion tile is an effect available in After Effects, it does not exist in Premiere Pro. I created a seamless replicated video effect to mimic the motion tile effect.
