The Pissing Dog is one of my favourite exercises to strengthen your glutes and lengthen the adductors for your middle splits! Great one for beginners as it is accessible and teaches the body what muscles it needs to engage for the middle splits. We can make it more difficult my adding ankle weights which even advanced trainees can benefit from to get stronger and reduce injuries coming from instability. Also you can get a nice booty pump and get better middle splits a two in one exercise! Get swole and flexy :)
