Old man strength is a bit of a mystery to so many people. When I was younger, I was always amazed by my coaches and teachers who’s didn’t look all that impressive but put them in the weight room and oh man could they put up a lot more weight. So basically, with are young scientific minds working, we saw an older man with some serious strength so we called it “Old man strength”
So, do middle aged and older men possess some hidden ability to in strength training that allows their body to put up more weight than their more athletic younger counterparts? Are they showered with special “old man” hormones?
Well, no. and, the formula for “old man strength” is quite simple and can be broken down into two factors. But most importantly, at any age you can get old man strength by paying attention to the things I’m about to go over.
So lets investigate this crazy natural strength they develop as they age.
