Welcome to my first youtube Bake Along! We are making the most squidgy chocolate cake ever - perfect with custard or ice cream if you have it!
This recipe doesn't need butter or eggs, and you might find you have all of the ingredients in the cupboard too - so you can STAY HOME.
So if you're in self-isolation or homeschooling the kids for the first time, this recipe is perfect. It's a great recipe for children to do too, just make sure there is an adult there to help with the hot water and getting the cake in and out of the oven.

Ingredients List
For the Cake:
190g Plain Flour
200g Caster Sugar
30g Cocoa Powder
1tsp Baking Powder
1/2tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
1/4tsp of Salt
120ml Sunflower/Vegetable Oil
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tbsp Lemon Juice/White Wine Vinegar
240ml Hot Water
For the Ganache:
75g Dark Chocolate
75g Milk Chocolate
75ml Hot Water
Notes:
To make this recipe completely vegan, use 150g Dark Chocolate and 75ml of Hot water to make the ganache.
