Here we have an Autocar/ Heil FEL from Kimble collecting yard waste in Avon Lake. This is one of about 15 units they bought from Premier a couple years ago. A couple are rear loads, 1304-1307 are Mack LR's, and then 1309-1314 are set up like this. 1315 is actually a Mack LR with a McNeilus Atlantic body. I do have to say, I like the orange arms with their White and Green color scheme... I think it provides a nice accent. They actually used to use orange as the third color on their website, so it kind of fits naturally. Wish I could have gotten a little more, but the driver was finishing up as I got this.
The ironic thing about this video is that while I had been wanting to film one of their former Premier units for a while, I was actually disappointed to find this on yard waste as I drove out there for for the Battle/ REL... Thankfully there were actually 2 YW trucks and I was able to cross two things off my list. This was also my first time filming yard waste for what its worth. Not many cities out here have designated yard waste programs. Anyway, enough talk, I hope you all enjoy this one!
