If you're new to Nockout Lighted Nocks, here's a quick How To on installation. I go over the Contender and the Original with practice mode.
Out of the packaging their nocks include universal fit bushings featured for X, H, S/GT.
The weight of the Contender that fits into my 5mm FMJ without bushings is 21 grains. I could not find out how much the original nockout weighs, but I would image quite a bit more. Hope this helps.
