Описание: This gentleman had 5,000 Grafts FUE performed from the back of the scalp to the front midscalp and frontal area. The results are after one year. Notice the nice natural density throughout the front to the crown area. Please note that this is only 5000 Grafts and the fact that it looks this dense is because of the high graft survivability in addition to the thick grafts that this gentleman had. Dr. Sean Behnam performs the procedure himself so he ensures that the grafts that he collects are 2's and 3's so when they grow out they show good density. He utilizes many various techniques to ensure high-graft survivability. Such as having very good tissue around the hair follicle while still utilizing extremely small punches. In addition to using growth factors and acell that enhances survivability. He also uses special oxygen chambers to provide oxygen to the skin after the procedure. He uses different holding solutions that increase survivability. and prevent oxidative damage and stress. He also utilizes the most number of staff per case. About 8 staff members per case. Why? Because this really minimizes the handling of the grafts. In Dr. Sean's practice, nobody touches the grafts from the beginning of the case to the  end of the case. He uses special implanters to implant the grafts so if they're skin is tough, it does not bend or damage the hair follicles.

Dr. Sean Behnam extracts the grafts himself and he makes all the nsites himself. Implanters DHI is used to implant the grafts.

The most important thing about these procedures is minimal touching and the placing of the grafts, good quality grafts, and immediate placement of the grafts.
