In 2019, Tharcisse founded The Village Microclinic (TVM), a community-based organization. TVM empowers people in peri-urban and slum areas by providing access to high-quality health services. Their integrated approach combines a referral medical polyclinic with medical hubs in the community, reducing maternal and child mortality rates.
