Описание: From JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable, there's an episode where the main characters (Josuke and Okuyasu) meet a chef named Tonio Trussardi and he makes them this dish.
Spaghetti alla Puttanesca has an interesting history. It can be made with or without anchovies. To keep it vegetarian, I've omitted the anchovies.
An easy to make dish, that's ready in under 30 minutes.

RECIPE: (adapted from - http://honestcooking.com/traditional-...)

Ingredients

1 package spaghetti noodles
2 1/2 cups (28 oz or two 14 oz cans) tomatoes, crushed or diced
1/2 cup black or kalamata olives, pitted and cut in halves
1/4 cup capers
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 red hot peppers, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
parmesan cheese
*1-2 anchovy fillets (optional)


1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium to high heat.
2. Add garlic and saute for 1 minute.
3. Add capers and olives and saute for 2-3 minutes. (Add anchovies here, if desired)
4. Add hot peppers and tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add oregano and stir.
6. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook sauce for 20-25 minutes.
7. In the meantime, you can cook the spaghetti.
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions, or bring 3-4 litres of water to a boil, add salt and spaghetti, cook al dente for about 8 minutes and drain.
Place spaghetti back into the pot.
8. Check on the sauce and add parsley, salt and pepper and stir for another 1-2 minutes.
9. Add half the sauce to the spaghetti and mix well.
10. Serve spaghetti with extra sauce and parmesan cheese.
