Kolaba killa was one of the chief naval station of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Kolaba Fort is an old military fortification in India, situated around 1-2 Km inside the sea. You need to make sure about the high-tide timings if you are going by tanga or walking. During High-tide you can reach till the Kolaba Fort by speed boat which will cost you around Rs.200/- per person.
