After several recommendations, Grace came to The Menninger Clinic’s Young Adult Program, where she received evidence-based care, personalized therapy, and the tools she needed to heal and grow.
Today, Grace is continuing her education, advocating for mental health awareness, and serving as a peer support specialist at The Gathering Place.
Her story is one of courage, recovery, and hope.
